A good carving fork is half of a clean slice. The long, tapered tines on this Pro Series 7" fork sink into a roast, prime rib, ham, or holiday turkey and hold it still, so your carving knife can glide through in long, even strokes. When you are done, it lifts and moves slices to the platter without shredding them.
The tines are X50 German stainless steel hardened to 56 HRC, and the PolyFibre handle matches the rest of the Pro Series line, so it pairs naturally with a Messermeister slicer or carving knife. Knife for Life warranty.
