The AKKA 12-piece set outfits a kitchen and the dinner table at once. You get a chef's knife, santoku, bread knife, serrated utility, and paring knife for daily prep, 5-inch fine-edge steak knives for the table, a honing steel to keep edges straight, and forged shears, all organized in a handcrafted acacia wood block.
Cangshan forges each AKKA blade from Swedish 14C28N stainless steel and heat treats it to 60 Rockwell, so it takes a keen edge, resists stains, and holds that edge through long prep sessions. Full-tang construction gives each knife strength and balance, and the demi-bolster lets you sharpen the entire length of the edge. Each black handle is secured with three stain-resistant steel rivets for a comfortable, sure grip.
