Dough proofs in this round rattan brotform so the loaf rises up instead of spreading. Lightly floured coils leave the classic spiral on sourdough, country loaves, and no-knead dough. Turn the loaf out onto a stone or pan to bake.
Palmwood rattan with a removable cotton-linen liner. Brush out flour after use. Hand wash the basket with hot water only, wash the liner in warm soapy water, and air dry both.
