The Viking PureGlide Pro 3-Ply 10-inch fry pan is the everyday size, right for two or three eggs, a steak, fish or a pan of vegetables. Its titanium cooking surface is made without PFAS, PFOA or PTFE coatings, releases food easily and stands up to metal utensils.
An aluminum core inside stainless steel carries heat across the base and up the sides, and it responds quickly when you turn the burner up or down. Start on the stovetop and finish in the oven or under the broiler. A riveted handle with a heat break stays comfortable, and the flared rim pours clean.
