Under the titanium is Viking's 3-ply build, an aluminum core wrapped in stainless steel, which spreads heat across the base and up the sides. It works on every cooktop including induction and goes from stovetop to oven. Riveted Viking handles give a secure grip, and flared rims pour clean.
