Official contents: 10-inch and 12-inch fry pans, 3.4-quart saucepan with lid, 3.4-quart stainless steamer insert, 4.8-quart sauté pan with lid, and 8-quart stock pot with lid. Official construction is a 304 stainless interior, aluminum core, 304 stainless layer, and a solid copper exterior. Copper is removed from the bottom for induction.
