Viking 3-Ply 18/8 Stainless 8.5 Qt Oval Roaster Lid & Rack

The Viking 3-Ply 3-in-1 Oval Roaster includes an 8.5-quart roaster, a metal induction-capable lid and a stainless wire rack. Use it as an open or covered roaster, a Dutch oven or a stockpot. The lid works on its own for cooking or serving, and the roaster holds up to a 14 lb turkey.

Three-ply construction pairs a non-reactive 18/8 stainless steel interior with an aluminum core and an induction-capable stainless exterior. It has a mirror finish, cut rims and die-cast handles, and it works on electric, gas, grill and induction cooktops and in the oven. The rack lifts food for even cooking and hangs from the rim so you can drain it easily.
