A USA Pan large Pullman loaf pan and cover. Aluminized steel with Americoat silicone nonstick. Baking surface 13" x 4" x 4"; outer 14.5" x 4.75" x 4.062". Cover: slide it on until the curled edge locks into the indentation; after it cools, tap the curled edge with your palm to slide the cover off. Oven-safe to 450°F. Silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils only. Limited lifetime warranty. USA Pan's FAQ lists Americoat as a silicone coating made without PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, PFAS, and BPA.
