Lamson, Ice Series Premier Forged 2.5" Bird’s Beak Paring Knife

A Lamson Ice Premier Forged 2.5" bird's beak paring knife with a grey-and-white marbled acrylic handle (SKU 69907). Lamson's current shop has no dedicated product page for this SKU, so blade length beyond the title, width, and steel grade are not listed here. A Lamson paring article says their bird's beak knives have a concave blade for tournée work on hardy vegetables. Ice is listed on official Premier Forged pages as marbled acrylic, grey/white.

This knife sharpens to a razor's edge every time.
