A Lamson Ice Series Premier Forged 5" santoku with kullenschliff (Granton) edge with a grey-and-white marbled acrylic handle and nickel-silver rivets. Hot-drop forged German 4116 from Solingen, ice-hardened to 58 Rockwell. Full tang, integrated bolster, triple rivets. Polished and sharpened in Massachusetts. Sharp for Life complimentary sharpening. Not dishwasher safe. 5" hollow-edge blade, 1.75" wide, 9" overall. Kullenschliff hollows make an air pocket so food sticks less.

This knife sharpens to a razor's edge every time.
