The Lamson Fire Series Premier Forged 20-Piece Block Set outfits a whole kitchen in one purchase, from paring and trimming to carving roasts, with eight fine-edge steak knives for the table and a natural walnut block to hold it all.
Each blade is hot-drop forged from German 4116 high-carbon stainless steel and tempered to 58 Rockwell, so it takes a keen edge, holds it, and resists corrosion. Full-tang construction with triple riveted handles gives good balance, and the curved, recessed bolster supports your thumb and fingers for a secure pinch grip. The marbled red and orange acrylic handles are tough and easy to keep clean. Made in the USA by Lamson, with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
