The Lamson Fire Series 4-Piece Steak Knife Set has a fine (non-serrated) edge that slices cleanly through steak and chops and can be resharpened. The set comes in a gift box that also works for storage.
Each blade is hot-drop forged from German 4116 high-carbon stainless steel and tempered to 58 Rockwell, so it takes a keen edge, holds it, and resists corrosion. Full-tang construction with triple riveted handles gives good balance, and the curved, recessed bolster supports your thumb and fingers for a secure pinch grip. The marbled red and orange acrylic handles add color to the table. Made in the USA by Lamson, with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
