The Lamson Fire Series 2-Piece Premier Forged Roast Set pairs a 10" Kullenschliff roast slicer with a 12" bayonet fork for carving roasts, turkey, ham and brisket at the table. The Kullenschliff (Granton) edge has hollow grooves that leave small air pockets between blade and food, so slices release instead of sticking.
The slicer is hot-drop forged from German 4116 high-carbon stainless steel and tempered to 58 Rockwell, with a full tang and triple riveted handle for balance and control. The marbled red and orange acrylic handles are sleek and sturdy. Made in the USA by Lamson, with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
