This Wusthof Classic designer block set in Tasty Sumac puts seven forged Classic knives in one compact block. It covers the everyday jobs in a home kitchen, from peeling and trimming with the 3 1/2" paring knife to dicing and slicing with the 6" and 8" chef's knives and the 7" santoku.
The two utility knives handle sandwiches, tomatoes and smaller produce. The 9" double-serrated bread knife cuts crusty loaves without crushing them. The Tasty Sumac designer block has oiled-ash inserts and a small footprint of about 5" x 5", so it sits neatly on the counter. Forged in Germany.
