Wusthof Classic Ikon 4 Piece Steak Knife Set

This Classic Ikon 4-piece steak set is four 4 1/2" table knives with the contoured Ikon handle. Each blade is forged from one piece of high-carbon steel and given a PEtec edge. The plain edge cuts steak and other meat without tearing the fibers.

Each blade is 4.7" long and 0.79" wide, with a 3.7" POM handle, 58 HRC, and a double bolster.

It comes back to a razor's edge without a fight.
