Viking PureGlide™ Pro 3-Ply Nonstick 12" Fry Pan

The 12-inch Viking PureGlide Pro fry pan gives you room to cook for the whole table. Sear chicken thighs without crowding, brown a full pound of ground beef, or build a one-pan dinner, and the wide surface lets moisture escape so food browns instead of steaming. The titanium cooking surface releases food easily without a traditional nonstick coating, and it is safe with metal utensils.

True 3-ply construction, a stainless steel exterior around an aluminum core, carries heat evenly across the base and up the sides. It works on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops and is oven and broiler safe to 600°F. The flared rim pours cleanly and the riveted stainless handle gives a secure grip on a big, full pan. PureGlide Pro is made without PFAS, PFOA, or PTFE.

Preheat gradually over low to medium heat with a small amount of oil, and avoid long stretches on high. The faint circle in the center of the cooking surface is a normal mark from the titanium bonding process.
