Removable sides latch to an oversized base. If the o-ring loses shape, freeze it overnight. Oven-safe to 450°F. Silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils only. Limited lifetime warranty. USA Pan's FAQ lists Americoat as a silicone coating made without PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, PFAS, and BPA.
