Cover: slide it on from the curled edge until it locks at the indentation; after it cools, tap the curled edge to slide it off. Oven-safe to 450°F. Silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils only. Limited lifetime warranty. USA Pan's FAQ lists Americoat as a silicone coating made without PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, PFAS, and BPA.
Shorter Pullman than the 13". Same lid trick for square sandwich bread.
