Oven-safe to 450°F. Silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. Limited lifetime warranty. USA Pan's FAQ says to rinse the mat before first use, store it flat or rolled, and that an oily feel and discoloration after washing are normal. USA Pan's FAQ lists Americoat as a silicone coating made without PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, PFAS, and BPA.
