The John Boos Cherry Pro Prep Block turns a corner of your kitchen into a dedicated butcher block work station. The 24" x 24" x 4" top is a full 4 inches of American cherry end grain, the kind of surface that is easy on knife edges and stands up to years of chopping, carving and everyday prep. The cutting surface comes finished with Boos Block Cream with beeswax.

The 24-inch square top fits where a full island will not, while still giving you a serious, stable surface for prep. It stands at a 36-inch working height on a black caviar painted base. A cherry slatted lower shelf holds bowls, boards and pans, and flat copper tie bars on the sides come with six copper pot hooks for hanging pots, pans or utensils.

Each block is made from natural wood, so expect variation in color and grain from piece to piece. Made in the USA by John Boos with domestic and imported materials.
