A Lamson Midnight Series Premier Forged 20-piece knife block set with black G-10 handles and nickel-silver rivets, in a light maple 23-slot block, fine-edge steaks. Hot-drop forged German 4116 from Solingen, ice-hardened to 58 Rockwell. Full tang, integrated bolster, triple rivets. Polished and sharpened in Massachusetts. Sharp for Life complimentary sharpening. Not dishwasher safe. Set is take-apart shears, a 10" honing steel, 2.875" trimming/paring, 3.5" paring, 6" utility, 6" fillet/boning, 7" Granton santoku, 8" bread, 8" chef's, 10" slicer, 12" serving fork, and eight 5" fine-edge steak knives in a 23-slot block. Midnight steel handles are POM.
