A Lamson Ice Series Premier Forged 7-piece knife block set in a maple 16-slot block with a grey-and-white marbled acrylic handle and nickel-silver rivets. Hot-drop forged German 4116 from Solingen, ice-hardened to 58 Rockwell. Full tang, integrated bolster, triple rivets. Polished and sharpened in Massachusetts. Sharp for Life complimentary sharpening. Not dishwasher safe. Set is take-apart shears, a 10" honing steel, 3.5" paring, 6" utility, 8" chef's, and 8" bread knife in a 16-slot block with extra slots for six steak knives later.
This knife sharpens to a razor's edge every time.
