Above Shears, ERGO 7" Beauty Shear, Stainless

The Above Ergo Signature in 7" is the long one in the Ergo lineup. The extra blade length covers more hair per stroke, which makes it a good pick for layering and over-comb work. The offset handle lets your thumb sit in a natural position, so it's easier on the hand over a full day behind the chair.

Blades are TAKEFU VG10/ZDF AG16 cobalt steel (or equivalent) at 60-61 hardness, paired with a Japan NMB (or equivalent) tension system for a smooth, even close. Handcrafted, and it works on wet or dry hair.
