RH Preyda Combination Bench Stone- Soft & Hard Arkansas, 6"x 2"x 1"
The Soft Arkansas side will bring your edge to basic sharpness and polish. The Hard Arkansas side will finish your edge to a smooth, ultra sharp to-the-touch finish.
Soft Arkansas: (medium density) 400-600 Grit
Considered the coarsest of the Arkansas sharpening stones. This stone will provide the initial edge and first level of polishing, but is primarily used for sharpening.
Hard Arkansas: (fine density) 800-1000 Grit
The recommended stone for work that requires a smooth polish, but not the finest polish. This stone will provide a final hone and polish edge.
